The Morpeus Bed is a contemporary version of a sleigh bed with curved, sculptural corner posts.  The rails are attached with heavy duty but simple hardware that requires no tools to assemble or disassemble.  The bed comes with stout slats to support the mattress.  They have been left out of the photo so it is easier to see the bed.  King size beds include a hidden center leg for extra support. 

I make each bed individually and can custom make the headboard and footboard whatever height is best for you.  Some people like the footboard to extend above the mattress, while taller people often like it to be slightly below the top of the mattress.  I can also customize the height of the bed.  Let me know the height of your mattress and box spring and what height you would like the top of the mattress to be and I will adjust the design accordingly.
