The Tower table lamp is cut and expanded from a single piece of wood which emphasizes the wood grain as it travels from one fin to the next.  The central dimmable LED bulb and diffuse project light outward in every direction, accentuating the form and creating beautiful shadows.  Shown in ash, but also available in cherry.  A related piece, the Tulip table lamp can be seen here
